Don Johns - Senior Pastor
Don enjoys his three children, farming, the outdoors, and a bit of hunting
when time allows. But his greatest joys are his wife and children,
teaching God’s Word, and directing fellow travelers towards looking
more like Jesus. Don grew up in a farming community and, after
university, worked as a chemical engineer and manager for 11 years. In
1985 he left his corporate life, sold his farm and entered seminary
where he also met and married Kathleen. Don and Kathleen have both
served in several countries doing mission work including a year
together in China. Don has invested the past 16 years as a pastor
and is ordained with the Evangelical Free Church of America.
Kelly Krueger - Minister of Children & Youth
Kelly loves Montana and youth, so when God called her to Dry Creek last
summer (08), it was a
perfect fit for her. Kelly has lived in the Gallatin Valley for
seven years and has loved every minute of it. She moved here in
a walk of faith in 2002 after she completed her undergraduate course
work at Bethel University in St. Paul, MN. Kelly recently completed
her MDiv through Bethel Seminary. She has served in various forms
of youth ministry capacity for nearly seven years and does not plan to
retire any time soon! When Kelly is not “working”,
she can be found skiing Bridger, hiking, biking, fishing and hunting
with her friends and family. She feels truly blessed to be serving
the Lord in this capacity! Oh, and Kelly loves coffee!
