Assimilation
The Assimilation Team, led by Bill Skinner, takes responsibility for newer folks to DCBC from the time they arrive in our parking lot until they are integrated into our church family. They call guests after they have honored us with a visit to see if they have any questions or needs. They hold dinners for those who have just been part of DCBC for 6 months or less. They also stay busy seeking to connect newer folks with our entire church family. This is a fun group of people who love meeting new folks just like you!
Benevolence
The Benevolence Team, led by Neil Harvey, identifies needs within our community and distributes resources to those we can meet. Neil has a tender heart for those in need for he has been there himself. This is DCBC’s opportunity to reflect Jesus’ heart of compassion.
Facilities
Morgan Machado leads a team of folks who keep our facility clean, functioning, and presentable. They also seem to have a great deal of fun doing it! The original part of our building was drug across the Gallatin Valley to its current place in January 1905 by 12 teams of horses and mules, so we seek to preserve that history. DCBC’s long-term goal is to build a worship center behind our existing building and preserve the original structure as a prayer and wedding chapel.
Fellowship
Understanding that Biblical fellowship is sharing a common life in Christ, Rob Brownell and his team seeks to provide opportunities for folks to connect with each other. We do all sorts of fun activities from summer picnics by the river, dinners, etc. to various socials in clusters. All of these are focused upon helping us get better connected to each other, within our busy lives, so that we can pray for, encourage, and support each other.

Finance
Lee Oldenburger leads a team of people who helps us ensure that our financial resources are allocated according to the goals and objectives of DCBC for that year. Our budget is viewed as a tool to enable us to accomplish what we believe God would want us doing at that time. This is a great team of people who help us stay focused.
Media
We have a group of folks who provide projection,
sound, and lighting for our Sunday celebrations. These folks
seem invisible when everything goes right. But they provide a great
ministry to all of us in helping us direct our focus to God.
Men's Ministry
A men's Bible study meets every Wednesday
at 6:00 a.m. at the Country Kitchen in Belgrade. Anyone is welcome! Call
LeRoy Ensign at 388-8126 for more information.
Other avenues to encourage each man to grow in his relationship with God and those around him are being planned for the fall including a men’s retreat and other “guy” events. Many of our men love to hunt, fish, backpack, and golf so those seem to find their way into our cluster activities.
On Friday mornings at 6:30 a.m. an inter-church Bible study meets
at the Garden Cafe in Manhattan. Call John Miller (284-3252) or Bob Burkhart
(580-7037) for more info.
Missions
Since our God is a global God we seek to reflect
His heart for the entire world in our focus at DCBC. Our Missions
Team, led by Bob Burkhart, keeps us informed of what our missionaries
are doing and what their needs may be. We see our missionaries
as an extension of our ministry here at Dry Creek. So we take
seriously our commitment to them in “holding the ropes” through
prayer and support in practical ways. The team provides monthly
updates and annually reviews new opportunities to invest in worldwide
ministry. DCBC
also has a sister relationship with a church in Haiti and sends
short-term teams there and other places around the world.

Music Ministry
We have several different worship teams of musicians
who rotate through different Sundays. Each team typically focuses
on a particular style, from Contemporary to Traditional, and somewhere
in between. With each
team, the purpose is to lead the congregation in worship through music
that draws our hearts into the presence
of God.
Small
Groups
There are several small groups that we call “Growth Groups” because that is our purpose in coming to them – we want to grow in our relationship with God and with those around us. These ‘Growth Groups’ come in all sorts of styles and sizes meeting at various times of the week. Most of these groups take a break over the summer. Anyone can find a group that fits them by calling the church office.
Women's Ministry
We have several women’s Bible studies & prayer
groups. The women also have a annual retreats and other opportunities
for women to connect with each other and cheer each other along
on their journey with Christ.
Worship Service Support
There are numerous volunteers who help make our Sunday morning go smoother. The greeters welcome each one who arrives and makes certain guests know where to go and what to do. The ushers help coordinate seating (which can be challenging on some Sundays!). Nursery and Children’s Church Staff provide a safe, fun, and age-appropriate experience for our children so that parents can focus on the worship celebration.
